Product information is provided for general business and informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell.

3. Product Information and Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, technical specifications, and other information are accurate and current.

However:

  • Product images and mockups may be illustrative.

  • Colors, finishes, printing results, and material appearance may vary due to display settings, production processes, and material characteristics.

  • Chip types, memory, encoding capabilities, dimensions, and other technical specifications must be confirmed for the specific product and application.

Final specifications, artwork, quantities, pricing, and other order requirements should be confirmed in writing before production.

4. Quotations and Orders

Production will commence in accordance with the agreed payment and approval conditions.

5. Customization and Customer Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials supplied for customization are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

You authorize us to use these materials to prepare proofs, manufacture products, and fulfill your order.

We may decline materials that we reasonably believe infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Production artwork and specifications should be approved before manufacturing. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing, production schedules, or delivery dates.
